Counter-Notification
If your material was removed or disabled and you believe it was taken down in error, you may file a counter-notification that includes:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or King County, Washington, if outside the United States).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send the counter-notification to the contact listed above. Upon receipt, we may forward the information to the original complainant and restore the material unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order.
