Broker, TEC Real Estate, Inc.
I grew up in West Seattle and studied history at the University of Washington, with a particular interest in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest. I’ve always been fascinated by how the city has changed over time, how its neighborhoods developed, and how housing reflects the people, industries, transportation, and decisions that shaped them.
That perspective carries directly into how I approach real estate. I’m interested in more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. I like understanding why a house was built the way it was, how a neighborhood evolved, what makes one block different from another, and how Seattle’s past and future affect the homes people are buying and selling today.
Seattle real estate is constantly changing, but it makes a lot more sense when you understand where it came from. That’s a big part of what keeps me interested in the work.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling in Seattle, I’d be happy to talk.
